We do not own any venues. We simply rent out venues for our events. At this time, most of our events are at The Lair at 240 Parliament Street, but not always, so be sure to check the location information for the event you’re interested in attending.

Our events are all 19+ unless stated otherwise as the venues we run our events in are typically venues that sell alcohol and that is the law.

Yes, most events have a dress code. Be sure to read the event description on the ticket page carefully and ensure you understand and agree to wear the dress code of that particular event. Some dress codes are optional and others are mandatory. If unsure, don’t be shy to ask us.

We do not issue refunds. Ticket purchases are final. In the rare case that an event is cancelled or the date is changed, you will have the option to receive either a refund or a ticket to another event. Refunds do not include fees charged by the ticketing website as those are beyond our control.

Please read our full official refund policy here: Terms & Policies

That depends which event you are speaking of. We run 2 types of events:

  1. Events for Gay & Bi Guys: These events are exclusively for men. These include events like BARE, NAKED-ISH and JOCKS & SOCKS.
  2. Events for Everyone: These events are open to all genders and orientations including allies. These include events like FRUITCAKE.

Note: when we say “men” or “guys”, that always includes Trans men. Transphobia isn’t cute and we don’t tolerate it at our events.

That depends which event you are speaking of. Typically any event that involves nudity or semi-nudity will have a strict no photos/videos policy. And events like FRUITCAKE will be photo/video friendly. Feel free to ask the host at the door when you enter the party if you are unsure.

Early bird tickets go on sale the day the event is published. Typically, we publish events at least 1 month in advance but there are times that we publish closer to the date. Keep your eyes peeled and make sure to open emails from us for extra heads up!

Yes. If you are interested in helping us sell tickets to events, you can earn a commission on what you sell. Please email us at info@awesomer.ca to signup.
