About Us
Freakin’ Awesome Gay Stuff is Toronto’s events company specializing in private members-only events and other programming for gay/bi/queer men. We also run some events for the whole LGBTQ community as well. Our goal is to bring unique experiences to the queer community that defy expectations and disrupt the status quo. We are proudly trans-friendly, body-positive, sex-positive and love celebrating the differences of queer men in our community. You’ll never know what new friends and connections you’ll make. Our Story
Freakin’ Awesome Gay Stuff was founded when the founder, Matkai Burmaster, started a single event for his short film, Stripped back in 2016. He never planned to run an events company, but when attendees to his film premiere encouraged him to do more events after seeing the success of that event, Matkai was inspired to give it a try with Naked-ish and Fruitcake being the first two main events to ever run. Today, Freakin’ Awesome Gay Stuff has grown into a massive brand that comprises of dozens of bespoke events including Big Gay Foam Party, BARE, Thirst Trap, Rewind, The Abyss, Jocks & Socks, Locker Room and many more.

Don't be an ass.
Racism, transphobia, body shaming and other forms of hate are not tolerated. When we say "guys" that always includes cis men, trans men, and non-binary people on the trans-masculine spectrum. So just, you know, be a decent human.

Yes. Transphobia isn’t cute and we don’t permit it. Guys includes cis men, trans men and non-binary folks who identify within the trans-masculine spectrum.
Yes. You will be charged a $1 fee for your 1-day membership for that event.

Online, we accept VISA and MasterCard. If you are unable to pay with these methods, let us know and we will help you manually pay with Interac E-Transfer.
In person, we accept VISA, MasterCard, debit, cash and Interac E-Transfer.
Sadly, we do not at this time. We try to keep the shipping costs low.
Because we don’t have our own warehouse, products are shipped from a third-party warehouse and a pickup option is not available.
